Computer reservation is basically an electronic system used to promote sales and provide fast and accurate information about availability, price, and bookings of products and services. It is used to store and retrieve information and conduct transactions related to air travel, hotels, car rental, or other activities.

This course will introduce participants to the specificities of the travel industry and enable them to use Electronic Booking System. The course is designed for those that have not been trained on and previously used a GDS (Global Distribution System) or airline CRS (Central Reservation System) in a travel agency.

B.SC., B.A, HND, OND, SSCE, GCE, NECO, etc.
Students who are awaiting their results can also apply.
